1. Who do you ship with?
We’ve partnered with BobGo, a trusted logistics platform that connects us with top courier services across South Africa, including:

• Bob Box and Pargo (locker pickup — optional at checkout)

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer two shipping options:
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. What is Bob Box/Pargo?
Bob Box/PArgo is a locker delivery service that lets you collect your parcel from a pickup point that suits you — no need to wait at home. You’ll be able to select this option at checkout if it's available in your area.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

5. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If your parcel cannot be delivered due to:
• an incorrect or incomplete address, or
• the recipient being unavailable during delivery,

…it may be returned to us. In that case, you may be required to cover additional shipping fees for redelivery.

6. Are you responsible if my parcel is delayed or lost?
We always do our best to ensure fast and safe delivery, but Hydration Haus is not liable for courier delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses or delivery issues outside of our control.

Is the bottle safe for kids?
Yes, as per our manufacturer's specs, Our bottles are made from 100% BPA-free, food-grade stainless steel, with a soft silicone straw for gentle sips. Perfect for little hands and mouths.

What size is the bottle?
The HYDRATION HAUS MINI range bottle holds 500ml, the perfect size for school bags, lunchboxes, and day outings.

Can my child open the lid easily?
Yes — the bottle is designed with a flip-top lid and an easy-to-use chug spout, making it both spill-resistant and accessible for kids.

How do I clean the bottle?
We recommend handwashing only. Disassemble the straw, lid, and base to clean each part separately using warm soapy water. Use a bottle brush if needed, and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly.

Is it dishwasher-safe?
To protect the seal and colors, handwashing is best. We do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher.

Can I return my order?
Yes — if the item is unused and in original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hydrationhaus7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the steps.

Do you cover return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
